Yes — new TEMPO guests get their first class in any format completely free. Just reserve a spot or bike in advance, arrive 15 minutes early to check in, complete a quick health screen and waiver, and we’ll handle your shoes and setup. One free class per person.
Cancel free up to 12 hours before class and your credit returns or your spot frees up. Inside 12 hours it’s a late cancel; a no-show forfeits the class (or a $15 fee on free/intro classes). Life happens — message us and we’ll always try to help.
Yes. Most classes are available on ClassPass and Gympass using your credits, subject to availability. Members and class-pack holders always get priority booking windows over third-party credits.
No. You can drop in for a single class, buy a 10-class pack, or go Unlimited monthly — whatever fits your life. There’s no initiation fee and monthly memberships have no long-term contract (30 days’ notice to cancel).
